What’s in the engine room?
The 1.2L, 3-cylinder Z-Series petrol engine that powers the new Maruti Dzire is said to generate 82PS and 112Nm of torque. Customers will also be able to choose a CNG fuel alternative. It is stated that the Dzire CNG produces 70 PS and 102 Nm of torque. There are two types of gearboxes: manual and AMT. According to Maruti Suzuki, the sedan’s manual and AMT petrol models have respective fuel economy of 24.79 and 25.71 km/l. 33.73 km/kg is what the CNG fuel arrangement promises.
Features
Despite certain modifications, the inside of the new Maruti Dzire is very similar to that of the Swift. A 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an Arkamys sound system, a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel, a 360-degree camera, cruise control, and a colorful MID are among the options available on the top-end version. The base model of the small car has fabric seat upholstery and a dual-tone black and beige interior.
Six airbags, ABS with EBD, an electronic stability program, reverse parking sensors, Isofix child seat mounts, hill hold assistance, seatbelt reminders, three-point seatbelts for all seats, and a rear defogger are standard on all 2024 Maruti Dzire models. Starting with the ZXi trim, the reverse parking camera and tire pressure monitoring system are offered.
