Larger Engine with Manual and Semi-Auto Gearbox
When the new 2025 KTM Super Adventure EVO was initially announced, it was said to have a semi-automatic transmission. However, purists weren’t quite happy until they learned that KTM would also be introducing a manual gearbox. Some were surprised to learn about the semi-automatic, but the new engine is the standout feature of KTM’s 2017 flagship adventure motorbike.
The power output and capacity have both risen to 1350cc. The power output of the 2025 KTM Super Adventure S will now be 173 horsepower and 107 lb-ft of torque. For comparison, the Ducati Multistrada V4 RS produces 180 horsepower and 87 lb-ft of torque.Thus, one of the world’s most extreme high-performance adventure bikes is now the new KTM 1390 Adventure S.
